Atlantis Lab Pvt. Ltd. ("Atlantis", "we", "us", "our") is a staffing and engineering design partner headquartered in India, with offices in Pune and Chennai. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through atlantis.in and related services, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact and enquiry data — name, email address, phone number, company name and message content submitted through our contact and quick-contact forms.
• Recruitment data — resume/CV, work history, educational qualifications, skills, current and expected compensation, and any other information submitted through our careers and job application pages.
• Client and partner data — business contact details shared in the course of a commercial engagement.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide the staffing, engineering design, technical publication or payroll services you request.
• Evaluate job applications and contact candidates about current and future opportunities.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships, including invoicing and compliance records.
• Improve our website, services and communications.
• Comply with applicable Indian laws, regulations and lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

• Client organisations, solely for the purpose of evaluating a candidate's suitability for a specific role, and only with the candidate's knowledge.
• Service providers who support our operations (e.g. hosting, email delivery, applicant tracking), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Government authorities, regulators or courts, where required by Indian law.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website may use strictly necessary cookies to operate correctly (for example, remembering your menu or cookie preferences). We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. Where analytics tools are used, data is aggregated and does not identify you individually unless you have submitted a form.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — typically the duration of an active enquiry, engagement or employment relationship, plus a reasonable period thereafter to meet statutory, accounting, tax and labour-law recordkeeping requirements under Indian law. Resumes of candidates not selected for a role may be retained for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete them.

6. Data security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, including access controls and encryption in transit, as required under the IT Rules, 2011, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to, or a copy of, the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the basis for that processing (e.g. speculative resume storage).
• Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below), or with the relevant authority under the DPDP Act.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for individuals of employable age (18 years and above) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
