• Experience in Electric Vehicle
• Knowledge of CAD Tool – Creo or Solidworks

• User level on Software – Ansys Fluent, StarCCM, Converge, Ensight postprocessing
• CAD clean up – Spaceclaim, DM
• Meshing – Water tight meshing, Object based meshing, ANSYS mesher
• Analysis – Must have executed flow analysis, conjugate heat transfer
• Report preparation
• User level – Basic formula creation in Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication skills

• Electrical harness modeling in CATIA V5 – Electrical harness Routing (EHI) and Electrical Fitting installation
• Independently handle Electrical harness modeling related to subsystem and car level
• Able to interpret electrical schema and good understanding and able to apply while routing the harness Wire Bundle calculation
• Selection of protection, connectors, conduit, etc.
• Harness routing respecting all the defines rules : Branching, bend radius, colors requirement
• Understands Engineering BOM, and correlate the various assembly indicators as per operation sequence of components.
• Good understanding & working experience on Sheetmetal module and sheet metal manufacturing process
• Communicates with internal customers on the technical requirements, be able to discuss, participate and negotiate in finalizing technical requirements and acceptance methodologies.

• Hands on experience on Creo  (Part Modeling / Assembly / Drawing / Sheet Metal)
• Knowledge of Engine components is preferred
• Knowledge of GD&T and Welding will be an additional advantage​

• Hands on experience on Autodesk Inventor
• Good knowledge of welding processes / welding symbols/Design Calculations
• Working experience in sheet metal components and large assembly
• Good knowledge of GD&T
• Basic knowledge of PLM
• Good knowledge of structures
• Experience in Heavy Engineering Domain is preferred
